Beware of rx healthdrugs

I have used them with no issues. Once I started seeing issues being reported, I stopped using them. Just that simple. If I had been burned, then again, I would never use them again.
 
Rx was a great idea but I understand people getting frustrated with the inconsistency. With needto's new anti e and LO PROLAC out within a couple of months, the need for dex and caber won't be an issue. It'll be cheaper too.
 
Sorry you are going through this with them. I've placed several orders with them and have been completely happy. This last order had a little suspicion. i ordered 2 things and waited the 10-20 days or so, didn't count. When the package came it was only the little piece. this was 3-4 days ago. I used their [email protected] and sent them a email. The auto-responder replied back with a ticket number and their ticket tracking url. Was hoping for some human response. I sent a PM to needto yesterday. Today another package came with the 2nd half of the order. WOW. Now honestly i dont think they had any time to do anything in regards to my requests. They must have split the order.
Just my 2 cents.

I "used to be" a customer of theirs until recently. I ordered some t-3 about 6 weeks ago. Emailed Felicia regarding the status of my order. She said I should have it in a couple of days( this was on 2/6), but no deliver. Since then I have emailed them 3 times requesting either another package sent to me or a refund, and they have chosen to ignore me. I usually am a lurker and dont post much, but as a sponsor on these boards I do feel its my obligation to let everyone know of this probelm. I will not use them anymore, and will contact my credit card company and intiate a chargeback as I paid for something that I didn't receive. Is anyone else having a probelm with them.

3 day time out. When you get back bring problems like this to me or a mod first and wait for a reply. every single fucking time I get people what they ordered and then some!!!!!!!!! plus a refund!!!!!!! Look around when ever there has been a complaint its always been fixed and its always in the customers favor. I am sick of saying it. Contact a mod before you go calling out our sponsors as scam or some dumb shit.

He's already attempted to contact the company itself several times which is the appropriate course of action and they have ignored him and not his place to chase down a mod for assistance. Now letting others know of his experience. There is already an issue clearly that he is frustrated with.

WRONG TAKE 3 DAYS OFF. I make the rules around here not you. Me admins and the other mods. SIT THE HELL DOWN. NEXT!!!

Same thing happened to me until needto stepped in. Took me 6 months to get my order. Will not use them again.

And you got your order free of charge and your money back correct??? YES

People we are talking about a different kind of products here. Products that these people go through hoops to get to you. Yes there is a little dick named customs waiting to fuck you. Yes 90% of the other places will tell you to go fuck your self when customs takes your shit too. Rxhealth may not be the greatest at customer service. I think we have established this fact. However NO one can touch there price and no matter what in the end you get wait you pay for or you get one you ordered and dont even have to pay for it...

Lets have a little give and take here. They do the best they can from over in "way the fuck over therevill" and they take care of everyone in the end.

IF this company is having issues they should be tracking him down since it's been a while since he's even heard a word from them? This whole business can be risky and as a business you should know that, the company should make sure to air it out publically on the forum if they are having issues. wouldn't that aleaviate this whole issue? He isn't out of line at all in posting.

they are not having issues. If they were I would announce it to the forums that they were. Thanks
