nate is still sending out supps for people to try, he sent me some n2shampoo a while back and now sent me some gear to try out for free. i took 4 caps when i woke up, 4 pre and 4 post workout till the bottle was gone. deff my favorite protein supp out there and technically i dont think theres even a higher quality protein you can buy.. i cant think of a way to stop catabolism faster after sleeping all night or after fasted am cardio.
