B-5 Pantothenic Acid for ACNE ?

I have heard of people taking large amounts of this to help with acne, are there any downsides to this. I have heard that you may need to take 10 grams a day to be effective for acne.

If anyone has any info on Pantothenic Acid please advise.

Got this from a great vet on another board: 5 grams a day til relief then 2 grams/day

If you're talking about Panto Acid, it's B-5 bro. Get it anywhere that vits are sold.

I use it. Its not a miracle cure but it helps a little.

I use it and it helps a little. I take 8 - 10 grams a day. I just started using rubbing alcohol to help dry out the acne and it seems to be working pretty good.
