Ephedrine encourages lipolysis (the use of triglycerides as a fuel source) so has anyone done any studies on ephedrine on an empty stomach with cardio to examine the results? What would be interesting is 4 groups.
1. cardio on an empty stomach, probably morning
2. cardio plus ephedrine on an empty stomach, probably morning
3. cardio on a full stomach, probably afternoon
4. cardio plus ephedrine on an full stomach, probably afternoon
And compare the amount of lipolysis in groups 2 vs 3. I would assume there would be a major difference there.
I know that exercise is good for lowering visceral bodyfat (the unhealthy kind) and it would be interesting to see if ephedrine on an empty stomach & large amount of exercise (50-75 minutes of cardio, 4-5x a week) had a massive improvement on visceral bodyfat stores.
