anybody try this stuff? they're making some pretty big claims about it in MF. Some guy putting on over a lb of muscle a day for 42 days or something like that.
my first instinct is to call bullshit, since the only legal supps I take are arginine, glutamine, EFA's, gelatin, and vitamins.
