Wayne, who is black, told ABC NEWS that Schwarzenegger made the comments regarding South Africa's former Apartheid system:

"If you gave these blacks a country to run, they would run it down the tubes," Schwarzenegger allegedly said.

Why is this a racist statement? It's true. Take a look at ANY sub-saharan african country and arnold's words are just an observation of reality. Zimbabwe jumps to mind.

"Wayne" is just upset because he also knows it's true.

Don't think the comment Ahnold made was racist.. Think its the truth. Agree with the comment about sub saharan countries where they run it down and kill their own damn people. Then of course starvation ensues, disease and the UN /US have to come in to get the dictator out of office!!!!
