FRIDAY
Took it easy today. I needed to - I'm still a little sore from monday.
Box Squat
5's: bar, 135, 185, 225, 275, 315
-Since watching lots of vids of box squatting I have come to the conclusion that I've not been 'settling' enough on the box (or rather bench in my case) - I've been a bit too close to touch-n-go. This was still easy but tougher than I'd have thought thanks to settling on the bench more than previously.
Inc. DB Press
60'sx10, 90'sx8x2
-Easy, but I need to warm my shoulders up even for light weights these days

My shoulders weren't thrilled with me while performing these sets.
DB Rows
90'sx8x2
-Easy. I had commented on these being hard on my elbows, but I think it may have been from locking out my supporting elbow (I did 'em with one knee and arm on a flat bench). So today I tried 'em standing with my free hand supporting me on the DB rack. Seemed better on the 'bows.
This was probably the shortest workout I've had in years. Including showering, I was in/out in 40 minutes.
