A handfull of pr's from the last week

Seated ab crunch 270x8(reps pr), 290x5 (weight and reps pr)
Seated row (body master machine) 800x8 (reps pr)
Standing overhead press (no leg drive) 275x6(reps pr prev was 4), 315x2 (weight and reps pr, was going to try more but got off balance and dropped it).
Bench cool down 225x25 (prev best was 22)

A few more:

Bench 425 (weight pr), 225 x 28 (reps pr done after the 425)
Push press 370 (weight pr)
Standing ohp 230x12 (reps pr done after the 370)

Just getting back to squats and deads this week due to a couple of small injuries. Deads went ok pulled 500 x3 x3 x1, first time pulling in 5 weeks.

Thanks! I've never focused on bench before as it's really not important for me. I want to do a full pl meet next year and want to total something huge so I need to get my bench up.
