With some prop and some winny he can do that , just maintain his muscle mass and decrease 5 % body fat in 6 weeks . It is totally possible , considering his diet and training are 100 % perfect .

It is even possible ( mostly when using drugs, ) TO GAIN MUSCLE and lose body fat at the same time . And before you disagree with me , please read this whole thread :

Its one thing too not lose any mass around the %15 mark! Thats easy! But when you start getting into the single digits thats a whole different ball game!

i will never ever diet down without the help of gear! i dont care if im 45% bf. although i will keep it simple with 2 drugs tops

You obvioulsy have never been at 7% bodyfat. I did not say this was needed to drop 5% bodyfat. You read something that was not in my posts. I hate when people do that I clearly said 12% to 7%. When someone is fat, like you, at 15% plus. Yes it is not unobtainable to lose 1% bodyfat in a week, especially if there are small (200 lbs or less) naturallly, without a loss of lbm. HOwever when you have a bit more size and are talking about getting extremely lean in the 7% range, we are not talking about the same topic. It is not even in the same ballpark. I stand by my original statement. Tell you what jackass. If you think you are right, I challenege you to get to 12% from your current high level, the get your bodyfat and such tested hydrostatically, then try your game plan and get tested again in 5 weeks and see where you are. I think you will be very shocked at the results.

it makes a huge difference when you are under 10%, especially if your body is used to higher percentages of bf. Also, it depends on how much mass you are carrying. In my case, I've gained well over 100lbs since I started training, so maintaining that kind of mass while dieting takes a slow and well thought out approach, as well as lots of gear to help
 
There is no easy way to lose bf. Eat right, work out properly, get a good amount of sleep and don't give up. Eventually, you will get there. Everyone is right. Don't put that kind of pressure on yourself.

Well I'm actually 11.3% which was measured using an electronic calipar type machine a week and a half ago.

My plan was to bulk up and as a result I presume I'll get to 12% or higher range (hopefully not more). I will then do PCt. take the appropriate time off and attempt a short cuttting cycle for 6 weeks.

I've never done this before, so I asked this question to get some feedback on those that have dropped alot of BF without muscle.
