100 rep pullup sessions, ever try something like that?

Me too....... I did 80 on Friday. It took quite a few sets because I am weak. My lats are still sore. Good shit.
 
Damn, I never really thought about that. I usually do 3 sets of 8-10 before I start my back workout.

I think doing this and deadlifting would more enjoyable than rows. I hate rows for some reason.

i never got a damn thing from bent over bb rows
try doing 100 wide grip pullups, you'll get pwned.
even if it takes 20 sets

I can usually bust out those 3 sets pretty quick, but I definitely get much weaker as the sets go on.

I have a feeling I'd be down to 1 or 2 per set by the time I got 100.
 
I'm doing 5x15's, pre-back workout - love the feeling of the stretch. I put a bar in my basement for when I'm home and bored.

My latest kick is pushups 500/every other day.
 
Wide and Narrow grip pullups have always been in my back routine. When I was first starting out I would use a toe tap as my assist, I could get a few more this reps this way.

but no other back exercises
too 1 dimensional

I do pullups, bent rows, machine rows, 1 arm DB rows, pullovers and shrugs
 
Cal_21 does them in about 2 minutes every time he spots a bar he can hang from. Then beats up an entire busload of thugs for sticking gum on the back of the seat
