The pathology report is usually available within three days of the autopsy IF the death is from something physically obvious. However, a toxicology report can take time, up to several weeks. Contrary to CSI, that shit doesn't turn around in 30 to 60 seconds
Although, if someone consumed a significant amount of alcohol and/or pills that would be obvious immediately during the procedure. Unless someone is close to Shrimp's loved ones, all we can do is speculate.
Barring trauma, suicide and death by misfortune, there are really only a few things that unexpectedly kill an otherwise apparently healthy person in the prime of their life, as was said earlier, overdose, is one, unknown/undetected cardiac problems another. To that I would add stroke and aneurysm.
