my results aren't so good. I blew my diet on a 2 week vacation this month. I'm up 12 lbs and hell of a lot stronger but not proud of the midsection. I respectfully bow out. I would be interested in a bulk competion starting mid january though...

Just posted my final pics that were taken tonight. I had to take one day early due to my sis going out of town and I wanted to use her digital camera, instead of my camera phone. I could have used another day to help get cut, but oh well.

If you are bowing out of the comp please post this on this thread also so i can keep track of it.

I will give every one till next tusday to post pics up. I think this is plenty of time maybe even more then enough time. But just to be fair I will allow it so people have time to get back on the site and see they have pics due for the comp.

Thank you to everyone who joined up for the comp. We have some great prizes on the line and i am happy to be a big part of this as well as the other sponsors loved giving to the members as well.
