as you can tell, im most proud of my back progress. it was my first cycle, so i worked back 2x per week and hit it hard. upper/middle back/traps, and a special day for lats.
I peaked at 220+ and felt miserable and backed down a bit. after all was said and done (water all lost) i was around 205-210 pounds depending. id say i lost some bodyfat and gained some muscle. strength went through the roof, of course. im currently around 200 right now, trying to cut fat hardcore, maybe even down to 190. then i shal bulk one more time. cut one more time. and then get more bacne and grow more back hair.
