they aren't for me.... i run and lift....need the energy from carbs....i'm doing a 50/ 25 /25 diet.....protien/ carbs/ fats. most of my carbs are from fiberone cereal, whole wheat toast with my eggwhites, and some protein bars/ mrp shakes

yeah, i know what you are talking about. On CKD I looked crazy!! My face was soooo lean, like the leanest it's ever been. I lost a bunch of muscle mass though. i still looked good, though. I say, just run, eat your carbs, lift weights every now and then, and that will be sufficient. Just do cardio, and eat clean.
