i gained some weight since i last lifted
i started doing track 2 weeks ago and am doing the 5x5
im still not really losing any weight ive been logging my workouts and weight every day i started at 154 and nw im 156
My diet looks like this-
Upon waking up-
3 egg whites 1 yolk
1 scoop whey protein
1 table spoon peanut butter
1 cup 1% milk
1 banana
About an hour later-
2 Slices Natures own honey wheat bread
4 table spoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon jelly
Lunch time-
Chefs Salad (Normal salad with a lot of turkey and ham bits)
1 table spoon ranch dressing
Smuckers PB J
Right before Track-
Banana
(on mondays and wednesdays and fridays i weightlift)
After track/ Pre workout-
banana
1 scoop whey protein in water
Black Powder Pre workout drink
Postworkout-
1 scoop Cytocell
24 oz of gatorade
30 min later-
1 scoop whey
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup 1% milk
Dinner- (depends on what my step mom makes)
Salmon
brown rice
An hour and a half later-
1 scoop cytocell
I mean I am lifting for strength but i would also like to see myy gut go away like how it was before I tried to mass gain
