I've been perfecting my summer salad. I made a saawweeeet one today.
Mix all these in some tupperware
half an onion, diced
half a green pepper diced
sweet peas w/pod chopped
can o black beans, drained and rinsed
lota salt, ground pepper
roasted poblano peppers
cubed left over steak
grubbins, cool meal on a summer day. woot a loot!
to roast a pepper, stick on grill till its blackened, roll it around so you get all sides. Then stick in a plastic bag, tie off the end and leave for 10 minutes. When you take it outta the bag, the skin will peel right off.
