I got my hormones tested and my fsh was 1.8 and my lh was 1.4... I orderd hcgenerate to try to raise things naturally but know I cant take it forever... Can anyone recommend anthing else to run when im off hcgenerate? Im looking at long term use. like mabe hcgenerate 4 weeks then postcycle and unleashed 4 weeks. Is there any downside to continual use like this for someone in my possition?

you can run unleashed year round bro, and hcgenerate for up to 12 weeks at a time

are you coming off a cycle?
no cycle havent done one in over a year and have only done a few modest ones with full pct... I was sick from gluten intolerance with adrenal fatigue and numerous other problems for a long time and think it had something to do with it. Ive read of others who have had shot hormones from the same issue. My deal is that i want to take something year round to help me. Unleashed sounds like a good idea ive taken it and like it... i know im suposed to take time down from hcgenerate though, but being im a possition of having low hormones to begin with im not so scared of being dependent on something since i already am to begin with... I'll add unleashed to the mix for year round use. I really am liking hcgenerate so far and am only like 4 days in! it would be cool if i could take it year round but if not I will be using it on and off. Is there any ntbm muscle test boosters i can take year round with unleashed? mabe bridge? Or something that is recommended to take alternating with hcgenerate. Any recommendations would be cool

Try their daa bro NTBM-DAA (D aspartic acid).

I think there are a few options. Certainly HCGenerate. Post Cylce and Unleashed. DAA and phytotest can all assist you. What are your doctor's thoughts though??? I have always had low test levels but in the normal range. My doc was thrilled syaing that is healthier that too high. I then got into it with him about the effect of low T. Didn't want to hear it from me.

i have bulk glutamine... my doc sucked as well didnt even want to get me checked so i went to mex and got it done. I showed it to a phamacist who specialises in holistic medicine and he recommended trying a natural aproche... i showed him ntbm products online and he said give it a shot.

IF you are suffering from adrenal fatigue, look into primavie, magnesium oil, DAA, zinc/copper/NAC/seleneium, krill oil, and even creatine.
