I have to types - concentrate (80%) and isolate (90%). I also have dextrose to add when needed.
I'd like to do 4-5 shakes a day.
My day looks like one of the five following:
1)
Cardio at wake
Lift afternoon
2)
Lift afternoon
Cardio in evening
3)
Cardio at wake
Lift afternoon
cardio in evening
4)
cardio in morning
5)
cardio in evening
With each one, when should I be taking the shake, what type, and when should I use dextrose?
