No one ever comes up to me very much anymore. Lately, guys come up to my boyfriend, who's my training partner.
When I was attempting my 290lb deadlift, a guy came up to my boyfriend and just told him he'd never seen anyone deadlift that much before. Of course, since then, my deads are now at 300.
However, I eat humble pie everyday. And just don't think anything of what other people say, even if it's a compliment. I just thank 'em for the kind words and move on. There's always heavier iron to lift.
But I'm with everyone else here: congrats and good work, 2Shy! Just think where you'll be at in a few months! Keep it up!
