It was fun but I wanted to leave early b/c I couldnt walk or stand. Sitting wasnt an option b/c when I would get up it would be worse. The only time I had no pain in my legs was when I speed walk. WE dont drink and stuff so it wasnt our kinda thing. The music was good ,..... the food... well... smelled good but I dunno how it tasted. I feel too guilty to eat shi*.Everyone there was sooo f-in funny... the gay boys with their dogs and stuff LOL... fun fun, drunk idiots everywhere ... and not one single guy walked by without checking out MH. HAHAHAH he was soooo mad ... lol :p
 
8:30am:
1hr. cardio

I did the stepmill interval today, crying, MY LEGS HURTTTTT....also, tredmill, inc. 12, speed 4.0-5.0, and ofcourse my stationary. lol
*quick 10min. abs

10am:
1/2c raw oats
6 egg whites
3/4 scoop protein
2 tbs. sf jelly

1pm:
1 small banana
1 small peach
6oz. ff yogurt

4pm:
5oz. grilled chicken breast
1c potato salad
*2 small red potatos, 1 boiled egg, 1/2 yolk, mustard, 1 TBS miracle whip, balsamic, mrs.dash, pepper, 1/8c orange bell pepper, dash chives :)

7pm:
2 slices ww rye bread(home made :) ) **Thanks MOM
4oz. turkey breast
1oz. left over lean grilled steak
lettuce
mustard :p w. some hot sauce

10pm:
1scoop whey
1c milk
1TBS NPB

Mmmmmm - that sounds REALLY good!! I'll have to make me some 'O that....

**TUesday- June 13th :)

3 days since leg day and IM STILL SORE. Ive been stretching and everything..and yet Im still walking up stairs like a 80 year old. Geez, my legs SUCK. AND i have to do soooo much more work. I hope I build up to it soon enough. Was planning on doing legs tomorrow but Im unsure now...?

10am:
1/2c raw oats
1/4c strawberries
7egg whites
1/2 scoop whey
splenda
*2 TBS ff cool whip

1pm:
1 small banana
1 small apple
6oz. ff yogurt

4pm:
potato salad (*same as yesterday)
5oz. grilled chicken breast
mrs.dash, 1TBS olive oil
 
OH MY ... I cant stop thinking about that YUMMY sushi I had Saturday night.... I want some.... hmmmmm... no soy sauce ofcourse... I got enough estrogen fat problems :) lol
 
food is loooking gooood around here, girl! i don't know if i should be visiting this thread again today (had lunch way too late today).

Yea its good b/c its not competition food... Sometimes I cant help but feel guilty for eating things like fruit and yogurt...believe it or not..but slow progress is BETTER ... i dont want rebound !!! :evil: I want overal health and to lean out. I figure 1lb/wk would be ok...but not going by weight...i always go by pictures and clothes...

Things are ok...Im @ work BORED as usual.... trying to dl JAVA so I can play games lol...My legs are hurting still... kicked their ass on Sat. lol

Hows things goin for you?
