If you add about 1 teaspoon of baking powder to it & put it all in the blender, it will "puff" up so you can have it like a pancake....

its so good!!! Add a few berries and some sf syrup OH MAN. It just makes a BIG batch for one meal so I just started making crepes..which are just as good! :p

1/2c raw oats
7 egg whites
3/4 scoop vanilla whey
splenda,cinnamon
2TBS SF jelly

11:30am: LEGS
squats: 65lbsx15 5 sets
Lunges(+15lb dumbells): 3 x 15
Step Ups(bench): +10lb dmbls. 3 x 12
Extensions: 55lbsx 15 3 sets
Leg Curl: 55lbs x 15 x 3

12:30pm:
1 scoop whey
1c milk
1/2 banana :p

3pm:
1/4c brown rice
1/4c red kidney beans
1tsp bbq sauce
5 oz. chicken breast grilled(garlic powder,mrs.dash,italian seasoning)
1 TBS olive oil

Hey Aries!!!! I want to go to jr nats next weekend, but I don't know what hotels are nearby. Since you live so close, can you tell me where I should stay? I have NO CLUE! lol

IM off to Navy PIer for the rest of the day/night. Private party... dont know about food...hopefully I'll be able to eat some veggies and lean meat. I cant really bring a protein shake since I cant fit one into my tiny fancy purse. UGHH IM nervous about that. Any ideas everyone????? What to do?
