2slices turkey ham
8oz 2% milk
water
vitamins

Meal #2-protein shake w/8oz 2%milk
water

30 minutes on treadmill; crunches 4 sets of 25
5 minutes of walking lunges

Meal #3-1/2c salad shrimp cooked in 1 tbs margarine w/1 tsp of garlic, basil and onion mix
1/2c lf cottage cheese
1/4c crushed pineapples
water

Meal #4-strawberry nutrigrain bar
water

Meal #5-protein shake
1 tbs peanut butter

Meal #6-6oz talipa filet cooked in 1 tbs olive oil
1/2c shells & cheese
1/2c brown rice
2c broccoli & carrots mix
8oz apple juice
water

total water today 1L

Started logging my foods into FitDay again. Here's the breakdown of yesterday's foods.

Calories-2240 Fat-86g Carbs-158g Protein-209g OR in % it's 35/26/38

Meal #2 kashi bar
protein shake
water

Meal #3-2c chicken noodle soup
1/4 cucumber
10 cherry tomatoes
1tbs greek vinagerette dressing
6oz water mixed w/2oz fruit juice
more water

Meal #4-protein shake
apple cinnamon rice cake
water

Meal #5-6oz salmon filet cooked in 1/2tbs margarine for flavor....no seasonings
1 med potato
2c green beans
6oz sprite
2x2 inch piece of brownie :rolleyes: :chomp: :worried: :evil:

1L water total today.
Calories-1434 Fat-55g Carbs-119g Protein-120g 36%/30%/35%

Yes, I am, thanks! It's working ok for me, but I sure do miss my cream of wheat and oatmeal. I :heart: them. I hope you've had a great weekend so far.

Meal #5-chicken tacos-2 corn tortillas cooked in tbs vegetable oil
6oz shredded chicken
1oz cheese
1/4c lettuce and tomato
1/4c spanish rice
6oz sprite

water 1.5L......I can't seem to drink anymore than this.

TOTALS: 2,110calories Fat-70g; Carbs-215g; Protein-163g OR 30/39/31% WOW, carbs were pretty high today!! :worried: Need to watch that! I joined a program at my gym yesterday. They weighed me and took my waist measurement. They didn't use the callipers to test b
