Is it normal to feel your back vibrate after you do deadlifts?
What happens it.. i finish a set of reasonably heavy deadlifts (dont do them too heavy cuz i dont have a belt yet..) then if i bend over when i stand back up my spine feels like it is vibrating, as if straightens out it sort of creaks and vibrates..?
