Last december i started creatine and my lifts came up trumendusly! i was shoulder pressing 160 benching 240 squating 320 but i hadent started 2 deadlift at 135 lbs
i stoped taking creatine at those lifts in feb. My lifts went down to shoulder pressing 130 benching 190 squating 260
now i have my lifts back up im shoulder pressing 150 benching 230 squating 340 and deadlifting 300 ( started deadlifitng in late may) and i weigh 145-150
