Hi, I am alternating my cardio between running sprints and using the treadmill on 3.3mph and 1min at 5 degree incline and 1 min at 15 degree incline for 30 minutes is this a good form of getting maximum fat loss?
So 32 minutes on the treadmill? 3.3 is basically a walk - maybe keep it flat-ish and up the speed to 5? I find that is the pace where I am forced to jog.
The deal with this is getting your heart rate in to that ~65%+ of MHR zone. What you are doing now might not quiet get you there.
