i had a chest day.

flat barbell
i did 225x12 for an easy set
275x7, 295x4, 305x3, 300x3, 275x4

then for incline dumbell i did 100's for 8, 6, 6

then at the endof my workout i did some abs and went to the locker room and weighted 212.7 pounds.

then i looked in the mirror and flexed like a faggot.

i could see my abs in the mirror. a legit 6 pack. musta been the lighting of the lockerroom, as i still have some slight love handles
 
chest and tri's

flat bench:

135x10x2

225x10x3

225x8x2

185 to failure (around 18 to 20 reps)

incline flyes:

50x15x3

face-breakers (w/regular olympic bar):

95x10

115x10

135x10

155xwhatever (usually 6 to 8)

back and forth (with no rest) between cybex tricep machine at 90lbs and ropers on the cable machine at 120lbs. . .sets of 15 until i crash and burn. . .think i got 4 sets each
 
sounds almost identical to my chest workout sub. Plus I'm weighing about 215.
 
legs-quick and simple, yet it kicked my ass..literally


Leg Extensions- 5 sets of 13-20 repetitions

good mornings- 3 sets of 8 reps

Full Squats, basically getting my ass as low as possible- 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions.

walking lunges-3 sets of 20

jumping lunges-to failure.

One Legged Machine Calf Raises- 4 sets of 18-20 repetitions
 
hit legs for the first time since i fucked up my toes.

light squats
leg press
leg extension
standing bicep curls (bb)
standing bicep curls (db)
calves (standing)
calves (on the leg press machine)

not in that order
 
i'm somewhere b/t 210 and 215 too. . .however, i've been taking a little "lighter" approach lately. . .my 44 y/o joints are much happier with me too :)

this next coming week im going to be going higher rep, lighter weight.

i just went heavy today because my lifting partner was trying to max and i didnt feel like adjusting weights so i just repped whatever he had on there lol

i love legs and biceps.
