who went to the gym today?

I did a sort of pussified chest workout (I strained my left tricep a week ago...being very cautious with it as it's still tight...getting ART on it tomorrow):

Dumbell Flyes
Pec Deck
Crossovers

It was teh suck doing no pressing, but I didn't want to take a chance with my tricep feeling so fugged up.
 
i had a chest day.

flat barbell
i did 225x12 for an easy set
275x7, 295x4, 305x3, 300x3, 275x4

then for incline dumbell i did 100's for 8, 6, 6

then at the endof my workout i did some abs and went to the locker room and weighted 212.7 pounds.

then i looked in the mirror and flexed like a faggot.

i could see my abs in the mirror. a legit 6 pack. musta been the lighting of the lockerroom, as i still have some slight love handles

This is a deload week for me so I am basically fucking around.

I decided to try the Omega chest workout. I felt like a sissy going to failure on the 70lb dbs, but man is my chest sore today.
 
I trained at home - about 20 minutes with the kettlebell then 30 minutes on the bike.
 
I was on the track today, second day on the running program after neglecting running since the fall.

Warmed up with 1/2 mile and some mobility work.

Run 100m, Walk 100m
Run 200m, walk 200m
Run 100m walk 100m

x5 at about 75%, concentrating on sprint form.

endurance abs and stretching for the cool down. - I've got a blister on my foot. lol
