flat barbell
i did 225x12 for an easy set
275x7, 295x4, 305x3, 300x3, 275x4
then for incline dumbell i did 100's for 8, 6, 6
then at the endof my workout i did some abs and went to the locker room and weighted 212.7 pounds.
then i looked in the mirror and flexed like a faggot.
i could see my abs in the mirror. a legit 6 pack. musta been the lighting of the lockerroom, as i still have some slight love handles
