Training splitt, the big lifts.

Hi

My training consists of 3 sessions: Squats/legpress, Bench/incline db and Deadlift/bb row day. + Some smaller exercises after everyday. But I would like to get the military press in aswell, the problem is that my triceps usually get blasted on benchday, can i put in the military in at a fourth day? e.g.

monday: squat

wed: bench

fri: deads
sat: military <---?

What are my other alternatives? I have 1 or 2 days with judo aswell, so a fourth day is not so wanted, but acceptable..

give that a try. see how it work on saturday. my partner does his shoulders on a separate day from others as a "extra" workout. i hope this helps. tb
