thank you all, he did great..they had it done in about 1/2 hour...coming out of it for him was rough because they gave him extra anesthesia due to the typical pink drink not working for him. They had to give him some added help to keep him calm as he was waking up..that was my hardest point was seeing him coming out of it, and not being in control of himself...I was pretty upset about it..Luckily I had hubby and his mom with me to help calm me as well....
we came home and vegged out watching good movies together...He is in a little pain but due to the meds I am sure he wont feel pain until today, he is still sleeping...What is great about it is that before the surgery I could here him breathing in his sleep all the way in the living room..And even though he is swollen and stuff, I could not hear him last night..Literally had to put my head on his back to make sure he was breathing, so looks as though it may help..I notice he woke up in the middle of the night and drank some liquids I had left, but his sleep was not as restless as it has been
