Hi

I took the shot monday night, both shots in my tris

one side is perfectly fine now

the other i can barely lift my arm, and the spot where i shot has a lump still but slowly going away.

Im worried about not being able to move my arm much, this was no problem the first few days, i have like pain in my delt now.

Anyone can shed some light please?

That is how Prop works. It is going to be sore for about the first 2 weeks of injects. After that the pain will be minimmal.

The propionate ester can be very irritating to the site of injection. In fact, many sensitive individuals choose to stay away from this steroid completely, their body reacting with a pronounced soreness and low-grade fever that may last for a few days.

This is why if it aint free or dirt cheap pass it up...

thanks guys i truly appreciate it

im wondering thou if i shot my tris is it normal that my delts would be in pain, to a point where i cant lift or move my hand much without feeling pain in my delf

Personally, I got used to it over time. Just like anything, once you become familiar with the sensation it sorta becomes "normal". If you haven't yet, try cutting it with sterile oil. There is a noticeable difference.

Quads were the most painful for me; but like I said, after about 2 weeks it was fine. Delts were relatively less painful.

That doesnt sound right to me..If you shot your tri and have pain in the delt only thing i am thinking of is you hit a nerve somewere or its just not related to the shot..But i am no doctor, but that is strange

you probably hit a nerve. i had a delt injection swell up like a baseball once. wasn't able to move the arm much for a couple days.

normal. if it was an abcess you'd know it.
