G-Covery is dose dependent, not time. Take 2-3 teaspoons anytime during the day. Mix with your shake to hide the "earthy" taste.
PureMCC should be taken 1 hour pre-workout, and immediately after so you don't need to take on off days. I take mine with water or crystal light, these are the easiest for me...
