If the cheat meal was a struggle you didn't need it
You are correct. Body is no longer accepting a lot of dirty foods.. puts me in crippling pain. Took me a few tries to accept my fate..

The cheat meals when granted in future will be more along the lines of a chicken parmigiana moving forward

yeah it isn't optimal man. its like putting regular fuel into a lambo and then taking it out on the fast track.
what i would do in your situation is 2 things. fast for 24 hours and take a couple activated charcoals. that will help your gut clear out all the toxins

you get a 8 second dopamine rush when you eat it
but then hours of discomfort

@TeeGee Definitely gotta respect you for being honest. That is a big cheat meal, for sure. And I'm glad that you realize how much it hurt you.
