Bro there is something about the Smith machine squats that work for me.. legs are riddled with veins while I can take reps low and slow.

Barbell squats when I am for strength.

Smith machine when I'm really trying to get the most out of each and every rep

bro oh yeah? i heard smith machine can fuk up knees though if wrong stance
