Food truck named smashed burgers. Owner is very humble and remembers all customers and details about them so he gets my business whenever I'm granted a meal from my coach

Warm up with some dips and pushups for blood flow

Pec deck flies
5 sets 60kg x 12

Incline DB
1) 32.5kg x 20
2) 37.5kg x 20
3) 42.5kg x 15
4) 42.5kg x 12

Cable incline fly
4 sets 50kg x 14

Cable decline fly
4 sets 50kg x 12

Pushups to 100 (10 second rests until 100)

Cardio - 20 mins elliptical level 7

Quite a few changes to bring things home leading into the final stages of this cut..

Peds
Test e 300mg wkly
Mast e 600mg wkly
Primo e 500mg wkly
Tren a 150mg wkly
Clenbuterol 80mcg daily
Anadrol 30mg preworkout
Cialis 10mg preworkout
L carnitine 600mg daily
Gh 6iu pre bed

Nutrition

5 low carb days
1996 cal - 260 protein - 143 carb - 46 fats

1 low calorie day
1723 cal - 234 protein - 71 carbs - 56 fats

1 high carb day
2845 cal - 250 protein - 363 carbs - 44 fats

Low calorie day takes place after high carb and is my rest day. Fasted until close til lunch time

Leaning out at a very good rate.
Bf % significantly lower

Overall I'm happy with this cut and bringing it home strong.. I believe this plan will only be in place for 2 weeks as I know it can't be sustained

Following the guidance of my coach @AE1079 brother. He has worked wonders with me on all fronts so I trust him and his plan of attack..

Plenty of fish oil being supplemented while fats are this low to get the omega3

Cable lateral
4 sets 10kg x 15

Shoulder press machine
1) 40kg x 20
2) 60kg x 20
3) 80kg x 16
4) 100kg x 14
5) 80kg x 14

DB front raises
4 sets 12.5kg x 12

Upright cable row
5 sets 55kg x 15

Smith machine shrugs
3 sets 80kg x 20

Nothing special today just getting it done.

Enjoyed myself a granted cheat meal on the weekend which really had me in high spirits.. time to lock back in and get the last of the cut done and dusted
Sometimes a quick gym session is the vest workouts i find.
