Bro to be completely honest. I've got full bongo brain at the moment. I'm reading my diet plan day to day and simply execute.

Each change coach makes I adjust accordingly..

I believe we will go into a small health phase slowly reverse dieting. Then it will be time to push.. I just need to hold it together and not blow out 😂

I'm very new to acai.. first one I had was horrible. I could literally taste the sauce had canola oil in it.. however this one was absolutely awesome
