This is a really good setup that you're doing here. Shoulder press machine and dumbbell front raises are some of the best. upright cable row and smith machine shrugs is on point

@TeeGee bros you power training hardcore with that shoulder press. that is some big weight. build a wide chest and shoulders for sure i like it
