Stength before cycle was 255x6 bench(305 rep max) 405x5squat(465 rep max) and 315x3deadlift. Strength near the end got up to 285x4(320 max) and just above 500 for squat. I know this is decreasing, today I struggled with the weights I did during cycle. Strength gains also came first and sencond week, still increased during wk 3 and 4 but not by very much.
I'm not sure if I would have gained any weight if I would have kept it going longer, but I definately would have gained strength(how much is retainable I dont know yet).
PCT starts tomorrow
