Was a little strapped for time tonight still got a fair peice done, happy my weight has moved back up again so no complaints there. Also got a touchdown on my package from @ez2plz so much appreciated for the goods and the opportunity brother.
The bench press drop set definitely sent my chest into a little fit probably as only usually do 3 sets, got a bit gassed on the last 3 sets trying to go slow with a deep stretch, got the stretch part right but I think I was going a bit to slow, dips were definitely a nice addition to add to the end of the night 💪

@19norrffsider This is a great upper body exercise day. are you noticing any pumps or dryness from the tbol at that dosage? Don't be afraid to move the dose higher.

To be honest I’ve only started the tbol yesterday as I only just got touch down on my delivery but anadrol has been my main oral for the first 10 weeks about 3 days a week, very keen to see the difference moving to a drier compound over a wet compound

@19norrffsider you won't go wrong with lateral raises and tricep pushdowns. shoulder press and dips are amazing too! thanks for being part of the EF family

tbol is very mild you will see but its a good one
