SARMS1 sponsored GW Log(as part of Triple Stack)

OK, woke up today at 198 lbs, cranked out some HIIT at the gym around 11:15am, 5 min warmup, 6 30 second sprint intervals alternated with 30 second rest periods and another 5 minute cool down...I do these on elliptical machines, crossramp and resistance were both set to 10, which was a little higher than I had anticipated doing since I haven't really done this in a while...

Came back to the gym around 4:15pm and did some intense lifting...4 circuits of 8 reps each of weighted dips, hammer curls, overhead tricep pulls, and bench step ups with a minute rest in between followed by 4 sets of 8 deadlifts with a minute of rest in between...

Breathing hard and sweating but the GW definitely is giving me some extra boost as I was a lot less tired than previous

gw will take your workouts to new levels.. start mixing gw with your gear cycles and watch out..it gets even crazier, with the added benefits from both!

excellent work bro... im really glad to see the progress on your endurance that gw is providing...

Well, today's workout was probably the most impressed I've been with this stuff to date.

I did HIIT this morning, then turned around and went back to the gym after work and did an 8x8 workout with 15 second rest periods between sets.

HS V-Squats(4 sets of 8 @ 375 lbs), Seated Ham Curls(4 sets of 8@ 130 lbs), DB Lateral Raises(@ 20 lbs) alternating with Gironda DB Swings(@ 50 lbs/4 sets of 8 each exercise).

Now, granted when you are pushing this type of volume, you cannot lift as heavy as you could if you were resting 2 minutes between sets or even a minute between sets, but from past experience, volume really helps me shred body fat quickly, and once you gain strength, you are pushing pretty close to what you would normally do with those short 15 second rest periods.

That being said, doing 32 squats within about a 2 minute time frame is no joke, I don't care what kind of weight you are lifting. Then follow that with ham curls, lateral raises and one of the most taxing exercises I have ever done, the Gironda DB swing. Usually I am gasping for air at the end of those. Today, I wasn't even breathing heavy. Like literally I probably didn't need to rest between those sets. I was absolutely astonished.

My unbiased observation is that SARMS1 GW is vastly superior to Unique's. I never felt this type of boost on Unique's, even after taking it for 8 weeks. I don't blow smoke up people's asses, and I tell it like it is. I am using Unique's Ostarine and S4 currently and it is pretty good stuff, I have the vision sides from the S4, so I know its legit, and the Ostarine seems to be similar to the other Ostarine I have used previously. That being said part of me is wondering if I am missing out by not using SARMS1...

Didn't dose S4 or GW last night for second dose due to feeling like I was going to puke for most of the afternoon/evening...unrelated to this as I am fine today, must have been a bug or something...

Today I had a day of epicness at the gym.

I have only been back deadlifting about 4-5 weeks after taking about 6-7 months off from it due to lower back/chiropractic issues. Well today leads me to believe this shit is for real, moreso the S4/Osta than GW but I think they are all working in conjunction together.

I hit 5 singles at 405lbs effortlessly. Like I was lifting a sack of potatoes, then held it at the lockout position 30-45 seconds each time. All this while also dealing with a bum left shoulder. Strength is just starting to explode...cranked out circuits of bodyweight dips+50lb DB, 145lb machine preacher curls(HS) and tricep extensions at 170lbs followed by bench stepups. GW still has me feeling good through all this, was a little gassed but nothing major...one minute rest between circuits, then dropped 40-50 lbs and did as many reps at each one as I could in a circuit...rep count was between 12-20, shoulder started giving me a little twinge so I stopped on a few of them, but damn!!

I am going to be drilling 500 lb deadlifts with a jacked up shoulder pretty soon, this shit is craziness!!

Dosed GW as normal twice daily 10mg each...weighed in at 199 lbs this morning. WEight keeping steady even though I seem to be really leaning out. Will take a BF reading this weekend to check it out, but the mirror is definitely not lying.

HIIT this morning, went back after work and did some intense lifting.

Hammer Strength V-Squats(415 lbs---roughly 280 lb on a barbell squat) 8 x 8 x 8 x 8---roughly 15 seconds between sets...32 reps in under 3 minutes---legs were screaming after this, lol

Leg Extensions: 160 x 8, 150 x 8 x 8 x 8---could only get one set at 160, legs weren't having it...150 x 8 x 8 x 8---15 seconds between sets again

Lying Hamstring Curls: 115 lbs x 8 x 8 x 8 x 8---15 seconds between sets...I need to figure out something other than lying or seated hamstring curls because these are what are causing the worst back tightening out of anything I'm doing...perhaps high and wide leg presses?

DB Lateral Raises(20lbs x 8 x 8 x 8 x 8) alternated with Girdonda DB Swings(60 lbs x 8 each side x 8 x 8 x 8): Probably should have gone up to 25 lbs on the lateral raises, those were really easy, but am a little hesitant due to shoulder...next time...was ripping off those DB swings again, and to my amazement still wasn't breathing really heavy even after going up 10 lbs since last time...

GW seems to really be working well...increasing weight and still going strong...32 squats at that weight in under 3 minutes is ridiculous.
