GW definitely is kicking in high gear...
Was doing a circuit of Dips, Standing DB Curls, Overhead Tricep Rope Pulls, Narrow Grip Lat Pulldowns and Bench Step-Ups at a frenetic pace yesterday and made it through all 4 sets and felt like I could have kept right on going. I mean don't ge me wrong, I was breathing a little heavy, but usually I am done in after the 3rd or 4th set of Bench Step-ups...this time I was even cutting my rest periods short in between the circuits from 1 minute to about 30 seconds and I think only 15 seconds between the 1st and 2nd sets...I was going in...
Gonna be a fun few weeks with this stuff
