Had an amazing cheat day yesterday filled with ice cream, donuts and taco bell, lol...now back to work and the business of dropping body fat.
Fast began last night around 7:45pm or so, broke the fast around 8:10pm tonight with a protein shake and a small piece of chicken before heading to the gym. Had already done some Tabata Intervals this morning in a fasted state.

Tonight I felt pretty damn awesome at the gym. Cranked out 4 Circuits of Dips(BW---very deep), Hammer Curls(50 lb DB), Rope Pushdowns(72.5 lbs), and Bench Step Ups(12 each leg) with 30-45 seconds of rest between circuits. Then I absolutely manhandled some deadlifts--not weight wise but volume wise. I did 4 sets of 8 at 275 lbs with 15 seconds of rest between sets(maybe 20 seconds on 3rd and 4th sets), cranking out 32 reps in under 2 and a half minutes. I was literally gasping for air after that, but I felt pretty damn good. I also had most of the gym looking sideways at me, lol...

I don't know of anything that is more taxing that cranking out DL's with short rest periods, and I got though it with flying colors, even though the weight wasn't that much. Previously used to do 335 lbs 5 sets of 12 reps with a minute rest between sets, but that was also after I had been DL'ing for about a year straight. And its one thing to do that after a minute rest, but quite another to do it after only 15 seconds, especially with a bad shoulder and only having been back DL'ing for about 7 weeks now or so...

Came home, had some squash and kale and another small piece of chicken along with my supplements. Looking forward to a morning HIIT day tomorrow morning and to see how much the scale goes down.

Cheats days are important, make sure you use some glucose disposal agents during your refeed. :coffee:

You are going hard bro.great work, keep it up

Lol, its the only way I know how to man...its why I'm so excited to hit this cycle coming up...the only way I know how to do it is to work 3 times harder than most people have to and end up with half the results...now when I apply the same work ethic while on gear, it should be pretty amazing what happens...

I am so stoked...

You'll do well, just keep hitting it. I know sometimes things are up and down but things get better. ;)
