I'm deffinetly taking my 2 days off here (this is my "weekend" after day 3) and gauge my back and see what i'm going to do if it's not loose yet, i'm not going to keep hammering away and risk injury...it's my back... I do NOT want to be fucked and out of commision for a long time.
I liked my little dumbell workout
... and I used to struggle with 75's for around 7 I found in my journal (I repped 85's for 6...exhausted)
Flat BB Bench has a Sweet Carry over 
Who knows wtf I'll decide at this point, I don't. We will see how it pans out... hopefully injury free... looking into Health Insurance soon hopefully.

I think every 12 weeks you should take a full week off. Then come back and do a week of high reps and then back on the real deal. When my current cycle ends I am taking 1 week off for sure as my lower back is getting sick of itself.
