lol, looks like there's some discontent when the high standards for frequency and ebullience of updates aren't met.

sarge, you're putting some solid weight overhead, and you got your pulling volume in. Even if it wasn't fun, you took care of the proverbial business. Nice job. Now get back to eating so you're ready for Day 3. :Chef: :)

Thanks bro! ... Day 3 on deck. Left wrist has been funked up since a day or two before I did Power Cleans... finally today... feels great.

Oh, you're still working out? ;)

Glad to see you feeling better after the weekend. You sounded a bit burned out in the Day 2 update.

ha, yeah.. :)

Well... yeah, I am a bit... and I'm going to be diving head first into the books again that I really need to focus on, so I'm not sure what that will mean for my training but we will see... I'll probably have to take some time off to figure out how my time I need to allocate for proper studies (course work, studying, ect)... and then i'll fill back in training where I can.

I'm such an ALL or NOTHING person, it's not even funny :rolleyes: ... I'm constantly working on balance ... so I need to cut out training, ect... add in school... and then add in training whenever I can..because that's what keeps me sane anyway... I go nuts when I don't train for 5+ days :insane:

Gotta do what I gotta do... :coffee: I like updating my workouts at the very least, ect... i'll be off and on i'm sure as I am most of the time.
