thanks borham :) Yeah, i'm hoping to keep pushing everything but bench still, lol.

Bench triples... only done them once so far, so i dunno yet. The second bench day I do 5x8 with even weaker weights than usual :( man those 8 reppers are exhausting though.

I NEED to bust through the damn 200x4 ...that's what i'm stuck at for a max still (same max that i started with :rolleyes: )

nice work broham. Im stuck at 250 X 3. Cant get any higher. BUT my squats =] heh thats another story....

Good lifting SGT be proud of them numbers.

DO YOU HAVE ANY BANDS AT YOUR GYM? LAST TIME I WAS STUCK POWERBANDS REALLY HELPED ME THROUGH MY 'STICKING' POINT.

Blah... remember how I was supposed to go to the chiro... what? a week ago? lol

I keep popping my back "in line" as best i can cuz haven't had time to go see him...it's really funked up though... if I can make it over there today and get cracked i'll be a happy camper... i may take an extra day of rest otherwise and not try for PR weights with a crooked, hurting back....

Yoga Vid, hahahaha, I am amazed at my inability to find balance in movements that seem so simple. Working from the inside out is going to work wonders for my core, stability, balance & inner strength... all while remembering to BREATHE. It is really challenging, I dig it.

Na, no bands... bare minimum there, yoga mom focused.

Do you think the bands helped or was it more of a strategic deload??

I'm sure we all have points in a lift that are slightly weaker than others...but I need to train the full ROM and get stronger at it...

If I start working out with 225 for 1/4 reps... what would happen when i brought it all the way to my chest?? :worried: ... i dunno.

I'm going to give these triples a few weeks and see what happens I guess... bands aren't an option, period...unless I bought them (not happening... OLY shoes first if i'm going to spend any money on gear).

That's awesome.... sounds like a GREAT change of pace for sure... yah, breathing... tough to remember to do, I do know what you mean :rose:
