Had my 6th 15 session last friday.
Will post later.
I start the 10's this week
Bring on the bigger weights
A tad water logged at 221ish... had an awesome weekend with about 30 of my closest old friends on St. Patricks day.... didn't eat enough at all, it was a liquid diet for the most part.
I think i had maybe 6 meals/times I ate over those 2 days. 1 of those thankfully was at my all time favorite pizza place.
back to cutting and clean food and grueling training sessions
