The "coalition" isn't opposed to higher reps. The only concern is what BiggT termed "program searching," if that means thinking that there's some magic program out there that's fundamentally different from and better than just sensibly organizing the basic lifts and getting better at them (which could mean keeping poundages the same while cutting/recomping). As long as you continue to think about what you're doing and do it for a reason, rather than looking for something where you can plug in some numbers and mindlessly go through the motions without thinking or using judgment, there's nothing wrong with changing the layout. But, to reiterate, just make sure there's a reason for what you're doing and that you're not using a switch in training style as an excuse for standing still or regressing.
