This was one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. The Close Grip benching seemed to be a warm-up (minus the top set battle), come time to DB bench... i was on fire

DB Bench: 60's for 8, 70's for 5, 75's for 5, 80's for 5, 85's for 5, 90's for 6,
100's for 3*
*I tried for a 4th rep... didn't happen. Those 3 reps were clean and solid.
Decline Abs: BW+30 3x8
...fluffless, flawless workout. Go me.
I'm still in awe. .... especially about the DB's.
