Leg Ext & Leg Curlzzz: 90x12, 110x10
Front Squat: Barx8, 95x8, 115x8... back toast.
*new belt on* ... still had to lay down for a few every so often, fuggin' back.
Decline abs: +20x8, +20x8, +25x8 ... i'm going with 30lbs next time, i'm getting good at these, I notice it does help my back during the workout too.
Farmer's: 95's, 105's, 115's, 115's .... all 30 paces
Barbell shrugs: 225x10, 275x10, 315x10*, 375x8, 225x8, 135x8
*DB shrugs 100's x15
... ok, every frickin' Day 5 it's shrugmania instead of leg day cuz my back bails out. I asked a fellow lifter if he was done in the rack (he had a barbell on the floor in front of it) ... he said almost, i go i'm just going to load up a bar for some shrugs in there. And so nicely he goes yeah cool, i can just roll my bar back for you... and then he said: "looks like you don't need to do shrugs anymore man" ... (I smiled said thanks I think..) he's got a good point. I really don't...
I just have the inate urge to pull heavy and that's the only way I can right now... I thought up of possibly using the supported T-Bar row for shrugs at that angle and it'll help my mid-back alignment issues as well hopefully, so I'm going to try that next time instead.
. i feel like my legs are shrinking from non-use...
