Using a belt is the first step on the road to quarter-squatting with a Manta Ray in full-body UA.

I probably asked this question 50 pages ago and forgot the answer, but how tall are you, sarge?

I went with the 10mm and not the 13mm thickness cuz i'm not going to be PL'ing with it and want it to mold to me quickly/break in faster. Got the 2 prong cuz my old leather-cheapo-Gold'sGym-tapered belt is 2 prong and i like it like that. It's time to retire the 8 year old belt...

It better be at my door tomorrow... i'm bumping tonights workout to use it tomorrow night. There are other reasons, but that's one, lol.

CS: full body UA would come in handy in this 19* weather good idea!! :p

Post 1, it should be in my stats 6' with socks on, 6'1" with shoes.

I have a similar frame build to BiggT ... we wear the same sleeve length in dress shirts (36") too.

lol, that should've been the first place I looked.

So the back issues during the last WO were the residual effect of deads? Have you noticed any improvement as your abs have become stronger? Also, give this stretch a try. You might be surprised by how much of a stretch you'll feel in your lower back if you've never done the stretch before.

inzer 10 mm is what I use and although he rarely comes out the bag, it really is a solid belt when used on heavy top end sets...highly recommend it

I believe that cuppled with the lack of religious streching is reaking havoc on me now.. lol... i'm getting back in the stretching habit, it reminds me when I don't. Obviously :(

Well, I see improvements... then i try something and fuck it all up. My abs are 10 times stronger than before for sure.

Now I'm having mid-upper spine alignment issues. I believe it's all the chest work i'm doing and not hitting the direct antagonists to my pecs enough. So i'm doing close grip seated cable rows to help in that department. Also, my left lat is smaller than my right and may be causing some imbalance and odd pulling problems too.

friggin' imbalances.

Visual I could care less if it's a bit smaller... but it causes me pain.

So I may have to do some 1 arm DB rows and try to bring my left lat up to par and do "maintenace" rows for my right side.

CS, thanks for that stretch link. That's a good one... just did it along with my other one's. That one hurt... but felt good :evil:

nice, good to hear. Mine used to have a happy home in the gym bag too bro... it's gotta come out more nowadays sadly.
