yup.. i'm not expecting it to be over easily in one night, lol... just showing u all that i'm trying it.

I was too damn hot too last night, i had to open the window to let some 30* air in... that was much better.

We have around 7inches of snow here, and i heard there is almost 2 feet in chelan. I was gonna sneak away to my summer home, but sounds likes its worse there

Chiropractor even wants x-rays now... he said they'd be "a hundred," that sounds fine, it's the $300+ for a M.D. appt and all the other crap that would have been way too much... I may get them soon. Good thing.

I have that Japanese steakhouse dinner around 4pm.

Week 4 Day 2 is today - t-bar, so i'll have some great sodium and carb infused lifting later... haven't eaten much today so that'll be needed

I have an appt for Intro #2 at Dojo, but that's not going to happen... gotta call them up.

Chiropractor even wants x-rays now... I am going to make it a point to get them done ASAP.. I am calling right now to figure out all the details since that is a MAIN priority.
